The collaboration will begin with integrating Goodix's low-power Bluetooth chips into digital car key applications, aiming to deliver differentiated, innovative solutions for automakers.
Leveraging its extensive R&D background and expertise in IoT, Goodix Technology is expanding into automotive connectivity solutions. Its first high-reliability, high-performance automotive-grade low-power Bluetooth SoC, the GR5405, recently achieved AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certification. This partnership will combine the GR5405's advanced RF performance, low power consumption, and innovative Bluetooth link monitoring capabilities with UAES' robust automotive product development capabilities and industry experience to create a more seamless digital car key unlocking experience.
The companies will also explore additional front-line technology research, focusing on Bluetooth Channel Sounding standards and Goodix Tehcnology's upcoming generation of automotive-grade Bluetooth chips. This collaboration aims to provide automotive brands with uniquely valuable, next-generation solutions that support new use cases and drive in-car connectivity advancements.
