SHANGHAI, Jul 4 (SMM) – LCO price fell last week. As for raw materials, battery-grade lithium carbonate costs decreased, prompting LCO factories to replenish their battery-grade lithium carbonate. Co3O4 prices increased, but not as rapidly as the price drop of battery-grade lithium carbonate. This led to an overall decline in LCO prices. Demand-wise, the 3C digital market saw no significant surge. Battery cell factories placed orders per need, while LCO factories produced per orders, avoiding excess finished product inventory. It is projected that prices will remain stable this week.
