On March 13th, Yahua Group announced that on March 12th, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yahua International Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yahua International"), signed a "Purchase and Sales Agreement" with Electramin DMCC (referred to as "DMCC Company"). Yahua International will purchase lithium spodumene ore from the DMCC Company during the period from 2024 to 2028. According to the agreement, the first batch of products will be delivered in 2024, with a quantity of no less than 15,000 tons of lithium spodumene ore, which will be shipped in the fourth quarter. From 2025 to 2028, the annual delivery quantity will be no less than 125,000 tons of lithium spodumene ore. The product price will be determined based on the pricing method agreed upon by both parties
