Wafer
Prices: The mainstream transaction price of monocrystalline wafer M10 in the market was 1.05-1.1 yuan/piece, and the price of N-type 18X wafer was 1-1.03 yuan/piece. Wafer prices remained generally stable, and the continued destocking of wafers provided some support to wafer companies.
Production: Wafer companies continued to reduce production.
Inventory: This week, wafer inventory continued to decline, mainly due to previous orders and the reduction in wafer production.
Solar cell
Prices: The price of high-efficiency PERC182 solar cells (23.2% efficiency and above) is 0.27-0.27 yuan/W; the price of PERC210 solar cells is around 0.28-0.28 yuan/W; the price of Topcon182 solar cells (25% efficiency and above) is around 0.27-0.275 yuan/W; the price of Topcon210RN solar cells is 0.27-0.275 yuan/W; the price of Topcon210 solar cells is 0.275-0.285 yuan/W. The price of HJT210 half-cell cells is 0.39-0.45 yuan/W.
Production: In November, the operating rate of Chinese solar cell enterprises was 58.92%, with the total planned production up 6.93% MoM. The total supply of solar cells fluctuated more due to the operating rate of integrated manufacturers.
Inventory: The inventory of specialized solar cells is below 2GW, mainly consisting of low-efficiency cells.
PV film
Prices
PV-grade EVA: The transaction price for PV-grade EVA was 10,100-10,500 yuan/mt. The domestic delivery-to-factory price for PV-grade POE was approximately 12,500-13,500 yuan/mt.
PV film: Currently, the mainstream price for 420g transparent EVA film is 5.04-5.29 yuan/m², the price for 420g white EVA film is 5.59-6.05 yuan/m², the price for 380g EPE film is 5.62-5.78 yuan/m², and the price for 380g POE film is 6.84-7.22 yuan/m². The prices of PV film are showing differentiation, with prices rising for second-tier film manufacturers.
Production: The planned production of PV-grade EVA in November was approximately 100,000 mt. The planned production of PV film in October was approximately 470 million m². The film market is under significant pressure, and some merchants have proactively reduced orders.
Inventory: Currently, the inventory of PV-grade EVA is extremely low, and spot cargo is tight in the market. Inventory continued to decrease this week, mainly due to petrochemical plants switching production and previous orders.
Inverter
Prices: This week, the price range for inverters was 0.12-0.16 yuan/W for 20kw, 0.11-0.15 yuan/W for 50kw, 0.1-0.14 yuan/W for 110kw, and 0.09-0.11 yuan/W for 320kw. Inverter prices remained stable.
Supply and Demand: The supply side maintained stable and sufficient production, entering a small peak in year-end deliveries. The demand for inverters in industrial, commercial, and centralized applications was favorable.
