Under the agreement, both parties aim to leverage their respective advantages in application scenarios, information technology, logistics, and new energy vehicles to share high-quality resources and collaborate in areas such as smart logistics, as well as supply and recycling of green materials.

Wang Yanbin, Vice President of Farizon, highlighted Farizon's industry leadership in commercial vehicles and its ability to provide advanced, reliable, and application-suitable products and services. Hu Wei, President of JWELL56, emphasized JWELL56's expertise in bulk commodity logistics, smart parks, and circular resource utilization, offering diverse practical application scenarios for Farizon's products and services.

The collaboration seeks to integrate both parties' resources and strengths, so as to jointly develop low-carbon transportation pilot scenarios.

JWELL56, backed by state-owned capital platforms, is a comprehensive service provider for the bulk commodity industry. Through its dual brands "Dahai" (named in Chinese Pinyin) and "Jwell," the company offers an integrated ecosystem for smart warehousing, high-end processing, logistics, online trading, and supply chain services across steel, vanadium-titanium, copper-aluminum, and chemicals.

During the event, Farizon delivered several Farizon G methanol-hydrogen electric tractors to JWELL56. Equipped with an integrated methanol-electric drive system, these trucks boast a range of up to 1,500 kilometers with a full tank.
