This week, the average cost in the ferromolybdenum industry was 233,771 yuan/mt, the average industry profit was -270 yuan/mt, and the average profit margin was -0.12%.
During the week, molybdenum mines maintained stable raw material prices for shipments. The ferromolybdenum steel bidding prices faced difficulty in breaking upward due to limited acceptance of high-priced raw materials by steel mills. Amid the tug-of-war between both sides, the ferromolybdenum market profit did not turn positive.
