The mainstream transaction prices of 1# zinc were at 25,880-26,005 yuan/mt. SMM December 31 News: Today, mainstream transaction prices for 0# zinc were concentrated at 25,950-26,075 yuan/mt, with no quotations for Shuangyan. Mainstream transaction prices for 1# zinc were at 25,880-26,005 yuan/mt. In the early trading session, the market spot premiums over the average price were around 80-100 yuan/mt, with almost no quotations following the market trend. During the second trading session, quotations for ordinary domestic brands were at premiums of 380-400 yuan/mt against the 2501 contract, while Baiyin was quoted at a premium of 380 yuan/mt against the 2501 contract, and high-priced brand Shuangyan had no quotations against the 2501 contract. On the last trading day of the year, many market traders closed their accounts, and downstream buyers also conducted inventory checks and went on holiday, resulting in fewer buyers. Overall, market transactions were moderate, and spot premiums for zinc ingots slightly declined.
