The new price points include: SMM 8-10% High-Grade NPI (Ex-works), SMM 10-12% High-Grade NPI (Ex-works), SMM 10-12% Indonesian High-Grade NPI (Port price, VAT-included), and SMM 12-14% Indonesian High-Grade NPI (Port price, VAT-included). Among these, SMM 10-12% High-Grade NPI (Ex-works) and SMM 10-12% Indonesian High-Grade NPI (Port price, VAT-included) represent the price points corresponding to mainstream traded goods in the market.
On January 2, 2025, the price of SMM 10-12% High-Grade NPI (Ex-works) was 937 yuan/mtu, down 1 yuan/mtu compared to the previous day. The price of SMM 10-12% Indonesian High-Grade NPI (Port price, VAT-included) was 938.5 yuan/mtu, down 1 yuan/mtu compared to the previous day. SMM 8-10% High-Grade NPI (Ex-works) was priced at a discount of 6.5 yuan/mtu compared to SMM 10-12% High-Grade NPI (Ex-works). SMM 12-14% Indonesian High-Grade NPI (Port price, VAT-included) was priced at a premium of 5 yuan/mtu compared to SMM 10-12% Indonesian High-Grade NPI (Port price, VAT-included).
