In Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions, JCC and Jinde lead were quoted at 16,540-16,615 yuan/mt, with a premium of 0-50 yuan/mt against the SHFE lead 2502 contract. SHFE lead weakened and declined, and suppliers quoted prices accordingly. Some primary lead cargoes self-picked up from production sites saw premiums continue to decrease, while secondary refined lead maintained small premiums for sales, with ex-factory premiums of 0-100 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price. Downstream enterprises made scattered purchases, with some buying on dips as needed and others remaining cautious and observing.
Other markets: Today, the SMM 1# lead price dropped by 175 yuan/mt compared to the previous trading day. In Henan, suppliers quoted premiums of 0-50 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price or 0-50 yuan/mt against the SHFE lead 2402 contract. In Hunan, premiums slightly decreased to 200 yuan/mt, while in Jiangxi, Yunnan, Guangdong, and other regions, primary lead supply had not yet recovered, and high premium quotations were still maintained. Downstream buyers were mostly on the sidelines, and transactions were relatively light.
