[SMM HRC Daily Transactions] Late Decline Eased, Spot Transactions Improved

[SMM HRC Daily Trading Volume] On January 9, the total daily trading volume of HRC from sample enterprises in four cities (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, Ningbo) monitored by SMM reached 14,720 mt, up 3,680 mt or 33.3% MoM.
The futures market continued its downward trend but showed an upward tendency towards the close. Market trading sentiment improved MoM, with some low-price restocking demand being released, and overall trading activity improved significantly MoM.
