[January 10 SMM China Rare Earth Market Daily] Today, separation plants have been less active in offering quotes, and rare earth oxide prices overall fluctuated upward. It is understood that due to the prolonged disruption in the normal import of Myanmar ore, some companies engaged in ion-adsorption ore separation have started to reduce or halt production due to raw material shortages. This has also tightened the circulation of oxide spot cargoes in the market, making low-priced procurement more difficult for downstream buyers.
