Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 6, Dongfeng Honda officially put the S7, a mid-size all-electric SUV, onto the market. The S7 is available in two variants, priced at 259,900 yuan and 309,900 yuan, respectively.
The S7 features a sporty and high-tech design, with a sharp LED front light signature resembling an "H" when illuminated. It adopts Honda's new emblem, an evolution of the traditional "H" logo, now frameless and illuminated. The SUV sports a streamlined profile with flush door handles and measures 4,750mm in length, 1,930mm in width, and 1,625mm in height, with a 2,930mm wheelbase. At the rear, it features a full-width taillight, vertical light clusters, and a horizontal LED strip beneath the rear window.
Inside, the S7 is equipped with a 9.9-inch floating digital instrument cluster and a vertically stacked dual-screen setup, including a 12.8-inch multimedia display and a 10.25-inch climate control screen. Honda redesigned the seats based on user feedback, improving cushion height, adding recline adjustments, and incorporating triple-layer padding with 25mm memory foam for enhanced comfort.
The model comes with ventilated and heated seats, a heat pump system, a Honda-exclusive radiant panel heating system, a BOSE sound system with headrest speakers, ambient fragrance, a heated steering wheel, and the Honda CONNECT 4.0 infotainment system. It also includes L2+ advanced driving assistance, smart parking assist, and an adaptive electromagnetic damping system.
Built on Honda's new e:N Architecture W, the S7 offers a balanced 50:50 weight distribution, double-wishbone suspension, and a reinforced stabilizer bar. The model is powered by a CATL-supplied 89.8 kWh battery, offering a CLTC range of 650 km (RWD) and 620 km (AWD).
