[SMM Survey] SMM February Independent Pellet Plant Operating Rate Increased Slightly, May Decrease Slightly in March

According to the SMM survey, in February 2025, the operating rate of 33 sampled independent pellet plants in China was 59.36%, up 4 percentage points MoM from January.
