[SMM Lead Market Midday Review: Little Change in Refined Lead Ex-Factory Discounts Today, Suppliers Generally Report Average Downstream Purchases] SMM, March 10: Today, the SMM 1# lead average price dropped by 25 yuan/mt WoW to 17,175 yuan/mt. Secondary refined lead suppliers maintained unchanged ex-factory discounts. In Henan, some suppliers quoted ex-factory premiums of 75 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead price. In Anhui, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, ex-factory quotations were at discounts of 50-25 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead price.

In regions such as Anhui, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, ex-factory quotations were at discounts of 50-25 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead price. Today's ex-factory quotations for tax-free refined lead were in the range of 16,100-16,250 yuan/mt. Downstream battery producers maintained just-in-time procurement, while most suppliers indicated moderate downstream purchasing interest.
