On March 10, the Department of Commerce of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region released the Action Plan of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Further Optimizing the Foreign Investment Environment and Making Greater Efforts to Attract and Utilize Foreign Investment. The plan states:
Strengthen efforts to attract foreign investment in key areas. Focus closely on industrial clusters such as green agricultural and livestock product processing, new energy, new materials, new-type chemicals, modern equipment manufacturing, biomedicine, digital economy, and modern services. Extend, supplement, and strengthen the industry chains of key sectors including dairy, corn, beef cattle, mutton sheep, cashmere, potatoes, forestry and grass, wind power equipment, PV equipment, hydrogen energy equipment, ESS equipment, NEVs, modern coal chemicals, rare earth new materials, non-ferrous metals, and biopharmaceuticals to attract foreign investment projects.
