Silicon Wafer
Prices: The market price for N-type 18X silicon wafers was 1.18-1.2 yuan/piece, while the price for 210R silicon wafers was 1.35-1.4 yuan/piece. Silicon wafer prices remained stable as the market temporarily observed the supply and demand situation in April.
Production: The March silicon wafer production schedule is expected to increase slightly compared to previous expectations. Quotas for silicon wafer enterprises in Q2 have been raised, and the April production schedule is expected to increase significantly.
Inventory: Silicon wafer inventory dropped back slightly this week, mainly due to demand. The good demand for solar cells in March-April may increase the purchasing enthusiasm for silicon wafers.
Solar Cell
Prices: The price for high-efficiency PERC182 solar cells (efficiency of 23.2% and above) was 0.31-0.32 yuan/W. There were no transactions in the PERC210 solar cell market. The price for Topcon183 solar cells (efficiency of 25% and above) was around 0.295-0.3 yuan/W, Topcon210RN solar cells were priced at 0.32-0.34 yuan/W, and Topcon210 solar cells were priced at 0.295-0.3 yuan/W. Prices for 183N and 210N saw a supplementary increase, while the price for 210RN remained stable. HJT direct sales were limited, as integrated manufacturers were self-sufficient.
Production: The March production schedule for Topcon solar cells increased by 36.04% MoM, with Topcon183 solar cells up 43.31% MoM, Topcon210R solar cells up 89.18% MoM, and Topcon210 solar cells up 29.42% MoM.
Inventory: Driven by the PV rush for installations, solar cell supply was in undersupply, and battery manufacturers' inventory levels fell below the safety threshold.
PV Film
Prices
PV-grade EVA: Transaction prices for PV-grade EVA ranged from 11,550 to 11,900 yuan/mt. Domestic settlement prices for PV-grade POE were approximately 12,000-14,000 yuan/mt.
PV Film: The current mainstream price for 420g transparent EVA film was 5.54-5.67 yuan/m², 420g white EVA film was 6.04-6.17 yuan/m², 380g EPE film was 5.79-5.89 yuan/m², and 380g POE film was 6.84-7.22 yuan/m².
Production: The March production schedule for PV-grade EVA increased by 13.7% MoM, while the production schedule for PV film increased by 28.5% MoM.
Inventory: Recent transactions for PV-grade EVA were observed. Due to increased production driven by the rush for installations, demand has grown significantly, and inventory levels are expected to remain low.
