【Aluminum Prices Fluctuate Rangebound, Secondary Aluminum Prices Largely Stable】Today, aluminum prices edged down slightly, with SMM A00 aluminum prices decreasing by 30 yuan/mt from the previous trading day to 20,790 yuan/mt, while secondary aluminum prices remained temporarily stable. Domestic SMM ADC12 prices were unchanged from yesterday, staying within the range of 21,200-21,400 yuan/mt. Aluminum prices fluctuated within a narrow range today, and quotes in the secondary aluminum market were basically stable. Currently, actual downstream demand has only moderately rebounded, and the market has abundant low-priced supplies, limiting the upside room for ADC12 prices. However, the cost side provides partial support for prices. If demand shows no significant improvement, ADC12 prices will face downward pressure due to subsequent cost easing and the impact of low-priced supplies in the market.
