[SMM Hydrogen Energy Policy Express] Heilongjiang: Notice on Soliciting Suggestions for the 2026 National Natural Science Foundation Regional Innovation Development Joint Fund (Heilongjiang) Project Guidelines

On March 18, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology released a notice soliciting suggestions for the 2026 National Natural Science Foundation Regional Innovation Development Joint Fund (Heilongjiang) project guidelines. The notice pointed out: The solicitation fields include eight areas such as biology and agriculture, environment and ecology, energy and chemical industry, new materials and advanced manufacturing, modern transportation and aerospace, electronic information, population and health, and marine science. Priority support will be given to 11 key directions including energy equipment, shale oil extraction, aviation equipment, satellite manufacturing, biological breeding, intelligent robots, industrial mother machines, artificial intelligence, advanced materials, biomanufacturing, and hydrogen. The average direct funding intensity per project is about 2.6 million yuan, with a funding period of four years.
