Remote Partnership with DiDi Delivery, Joint Venture Established by Weiwei Technology

On March 17, the strategic cooperation launch event titled "Joint Venture for a Smart Future" was grandly held in Nanchong, Sichuan, by Didi Delivery, Yuan Cheng, and Wei You Technology. The three parties jointly established "Hangzhou Xingyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Hangzhou Xingyuan). This strategic cooperation represents a breakthrough integration in the new energy commercial vehicle sector and is also a new exploration of the "smart logistics" ecosystem, as well as a profound layout for the future development of urban distribution logistics.
On the day of the event, 6,000 units of YD01, YD02, and YD03 new energy commercial vehicles were delivered. These are customized car models based on Hangzhou Xingyuan's business, developed from Yuan Cheng's new energy commercial vehicle products. Hangzhou Xingyuan will integrate the advantages of the three parties in their respective industries, deeply advancing areas such as insurance empowerment, financial sales support, smart logistics, vehicle leasing and sales, used car business, channel expansion, and user services, to promote the new energy transformation of platform products.
