SHANGHAI, Jul 4 (SMM) – The previous week saw a minor decline in the price of ternary cathode materials, prompted by a drop in lithium prices, which led to a decrease in production costs. Following the fall in lithium prices, there was a pronounced 'wait-and-see' attitude amongst small power and digital battery operators due to previous battery stockpiles. Several small to medium-sized firms consistently lowered their prices to secure orders, yet actual transactions were sporadic. Looking forward, the market is anticipated to stabilise.
