Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 25, autonomous driving solution provider QCraft announced that its mid-to-high-level intelligent driving solution, "Chengfeng," based on Horizon Robotics' Journey® 6M, has secured another mass production contract from a leading emerging automaker. The cumulative production and delivery volume of the Chengfeng series solution have now exceeded 500,000 sets.
Unveiled at the Auto China 2024 in Beijing, the Journey® 6-based Chengfeng solution series include Air, Pro, and Max versions, offering flexible configurations and competitive pricing.
The Air version, built on Horizon Journey® 6E, features a 7V sensor setup, including four fisheye cameras, enabling highway NOA (navigation-on-autopilot) and integrated pilot/parking assistance, targeting vehicles priced under 100,000 yuan.
The Chengfeng Pro is powered by the Journey® 6E as well, offering enhanced urban NOA functionality with an 11V sensor configuration. The Pro solution supports highway NOA, urban LCC (lane-centering control), as well as urban memory driving, and caters to the 100,000 yuan–150,000 yuan segment.
The Chengfeng Max version, based on the Journey® 6M, features an 11V sensor setup that incorporates LiDAR support for advanced urban NOA applications in vehicles priced around 150,000 yuan. The solution enables light-map mode, and can be used in end-to-end intelligent driving.
In addition to mass-produced smart driving solutions, QCraft is advancing L4 autonomous driving deployment. Its Robobus services now operate in 18 cities, including Beijing, Suzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, and others.
