This week, LCO prices increased, with the latest prices for 4.2V/4.4V/4.5V LCO at 135,000/139,000/150,000 yuan/mt, respectively. On the raw material side, battery-grade lithium carbonate prices declined, but Co3O4 prices surged significantly due to the cobalt export ban in the DRC. The upward price trend is expected to continue, providing some support for LCO prices in the future. Supply side, February LCO production decreased by 5% MoM, while March production schedules are expected to rise. Demand side, current 3C digital orders remain stable.
