This week, power battery cell prices continued to decline. The price of 100Ah prismatic LFP battery cells was 0.346 yuan/Wh, and the price of 6-series prismatic ternary battery cells was 0.495 yuan/Wh, both down WoW. Supply side, the production schedule of battery cells remained stable, and production in March is expected to increase. Demand side, from February 1 to 23, retail sales in the passenger car market reached 924,000 units, down 30% MoM but up 18% YoY. The recovery of the car market in February was mainly driven by trade-in policies in some regions and the natural rebound after the Chinese New Year. Market competition continues to intensify, shifting from price competition to configuration competition, with top-tier enterprises showing strong performance.
