Wood Mackenzie: Congo Will Overtake Peru in Copper Production amid Slow Output Growth at Mining Giants, Catch Up with Top Copper Producer Chile

Consulting firm Wood Mackenzie issued a report on Tuesday saying that as the output growth of mining giants in Andean region slows down, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) may overtake the world's second largest copper producer Peru in the next few years.
