Guangzhou (Gasgoo)- On November 15, Chery Holding's high-end brand EXEED showcased its latest lineup of new energy vehicles at the Auto Guangzhou 2024, and unveiled the Falcon ("Lieying" in Chinese pinyin) intelligent driving system.
The first vehicle equipped with the Falcon system, the new extended range all-wheel-drive version (REEV AWD) of the STERRA ET, officially began pre-sales. It offers three variants—Max, Ultra, and Premium—with pre-sale prices of 249,800 yuan, 279,800 yuan, and 299,800 yuan, respectively.
The STERRA ET REEV AWD model features a 41.2-kWh battery pack, delivering a CLTC-rated battery-powered range of 240 km and a combined range of 1,500 km. It supports rapid charging, taking just 17.5 minutes to charge the battery from 20% to 80%, adding 144 km of range. The battery remains operational in extreme cold, starting reliably at -35°C and charging to 80% within an hour at -20°C.
On the first day of the auto show, Chery's iCAR new energy vehicle brand also introduced the iCAR V23, the first model in the brand's V series. The compact all-electric SUV offers two trim levels, a 401 km two-wheel-drive version and a 501 km all-wheel-drive version, with a pre-sale price range of 110,000 yuan to 150,000 yuan. The vehicle measures 4,220mm in length with a 2,730mm wheelbase and is set to officially hit the market and start delivery in December this year.
Chery Holding has brought a comprehensive lineup of 38 vehicle models, including 22 new energy models, under its four major brands to the Auto Guangzhou 2024.
The Chery brand presented 15 models across its Fulwin and Tiggo ranges, including two concept cars: the "Liefeng" coupe and the "Jinyun" SMPV. These innovative designs highlight Chery's evolving approach to automotive aesthetics and its commitment to new energy solutions.
