Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 15, Li Auto announced that its Li L8 model has reached a significant milestone, with cumulative deliveries already surpassing 200,000 units.
This achievement follows the delivery of the 100,000th Li L8 vehicle in October last year. The Li L8 hit the market on September 30, 2022, positioned as a smart luxury six-seater SUV designed for families, taking over from the discontinued Li ONE model.
In March of this year, the 2024 version of the Li L8 went on sale, offering three variants: the Air, Pro, and Max, priced at 339,800 yuan, 369,800 yuan, and 399,800 yuan, respectively.
The 2024 model's update mainly focuses on enhanced features and configurations, while the exterior design remains largely unchanged. The dimensions are consistent with the previous model, measuring 5,080 mm in length, 1,995 mm in width, and 1,800 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,005 mm.
The rear of the 2024 Li L8 retains its signature full-width taillight design, now highlighted by silver accents along the top and bottom edges. The rear bumper continues to feature a rounded, robust design, maintaining the model's sleek and polished appearance.
Inside the cabin, the 2024 Li L8 boasts upgraded features, including enhanced massage functions for the first and second-row seats, an upgraded Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip for the infotainment system, improved audio system, a dual-temperature refrigerator, and a foldable side table for the second-row right seat.
In terms of configuration, the Air variant now includes advanced features such as Magic Carpet Pro air suspension, 10-point spa-level massage seats, a sunken central storage compartment, RGB+IR vision module, and a dual-array microphone system. Building on the Air version, the Pro model adds a smart dual-temperature refrigerator, a platinum-grade audio system, and the AD Max advanced driver assistance system. The top-tier Max variant comes standard with a high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, a rear entertainment screen, and 21-inch wheels.
Under the hood, the new Li L8 is powered by a 1.5T range extender coupled with a dual-motor hybrid system, delivering a combined output of 330 kW. Both the Air and Pro variants feature a 42.8 kWh battery pack, which provides a CLTC range of 225 km on battery power alone. The Max variant is upgraded with a 52.3 kWh battery pack, extending its battery-powered range to 286 km.
